Is there a place in you that already knows there's more?
Not more to accomplish.
Not more to prove.
Not another part of yourself to fix.
Something quieter. And more alive.
Many of us have become extraordinarily capable women... the steady one, the one people rely on, the one who knows how to make life work.
And somewhere inside all that competence, we can lose touch with parts of ourselves that were never meant to be managed.
Our desire. Our softness. Our pleasure. Our capacity to receive. The part of us that wants to be deeply met without having to hold everything together.
Matt and I are opening a very intimate weekend for a small group of women ready to explore exactly that.
A return to yourself, and from there, a different experience of relationship with the masculine.
This isn't a workshop. It's intentional time, carved out just for you... time to go further into your own practice, to be witnessed fully by other women, and to be met by both a feminine and a masculine presence guiding the space.
That last part matters to me.
So much of our deepest work happens in relationship, yet most women's spaces happen exclusively among women.
Matt isn't coming into this weekend to teach you how men think or tell you how to be with a man.
His presence gives us something much more valuable... a masculine presence to actually practice with.
To speak what you really want. To be witnessed without performing. To notice where you soften, where you protect, where you contract, and what happens when you remain fully connected to yourself in the presence of the masculine.
And when questions arise, you'll also have access to the perspective of a man who has spent more than a decade sitting intimately with men and the things they rarely know how to say.
This is the work that changed us... individually, as a couple, as lovers, and as parents.
What happens when I stop managing everything long enough to actually feel what I want?
- Receiving attention.
- Receiving pleasure.
- Receiving help.
- Receiving love.
- Receiving masculine direction, when she chooses it.
- Expressing desire without demanding an outcome.
- Being soft without becoming powerless.
- Being powerful without armoring.
We'll spend the weekend cultivating our own capacity for presence... softening the habitual closure around the heart... and returning to what it means to be in relationship, with ourselves and the masculine.
There will be breathwork, meditation, yoga, and other somatic practices to help you come home to your body, session by session.
A private chef will care for us in a beautiful home, so nourishment isn't one more thing to manage... it's simply given.
And there will be real space to rest, and to connect with the other women beside you. Nothing rushed. Nothing performed. Just depth, held well.
Themes We Will Explore
You won't move through these in a straight line. You'll circle back to each one as the weekend unfolds.
Presence & Embodiment
Return to the body beneath the roles, responsibility, and constant doing.
Desire & Receiving
Explore what you actually want... and your capacity to receive it, without earning, controlling, or managing the experience.
Relationship with the Masculine
Practice remaining deeply connected to yourself while being seen, met, and challenged in relationship with masculine presence.
This isn't about fixing what's outside of you. You'll leave with your own ground restored... and from there, every relationship you're in gets to be met differently, not managed differently.
This is by invitation, and I'm only extending it to a small circle of women I believe are ready for this kind of depth. If that's you, I'd love for you to say yes.
With love,Missy
Each module moves through three layers... embodiment, live coaching, and integration. You won't just hear something new, you'll practice it in your body in real time, then have real space to let it land before we move to what's next.
