A One Day Gathering for Women
Saturday, November 7th
There's a grief no one talks about on this path… the grief of outgrowing people you still love.
Your old friends aren't wrong, and neither are you. But somewhere along the way, the conversations got shorter. The invitations got fewer. And you found yourself standing in a circle that used to feel full, wondering why it suddenly feels so quiet.
I know this one personally. When I started this work, I watched my own circle shrink, and for a long time I didn't have anyone who understood what I was reaching for. It took me years to find the women who did. I don't want it to take you years.
This is the tipping point so many women hit… the place where you either lean in deeper, or you quietly retreat because you don't have the support to keep going alone. I want to be that support. Not for one day. For as long as you need it.
So I'm opening the door to something I've wanted to build for a long time… a real community of women doing this work together. And it starts with one day.
Not a lecture. A felt experience.
You'll learn how fight, flight, freeze, and fawn show up in your own body… building resilience, safety, and connection from the inside out.
You'll practice feeling anger, grief, joy, fear, and love… without shutting down or becoming overwhelmed. Through breath, sound, and movement.
Explore your relationship with masculine energy, and learn to connect without abandoning yourself. Through breath, sound, and movement… with Matt present, so the masculine is a living presence in the room, not just a topic.
We'll open together in a quiet tea ceremony, and close the day around a table, with a meal made for us… letting everything that moved through you settle into connection.
This isn't a one-time gathering. It's the beginning of a community.
A circle of women who can soften, tell the truth, be deeply witnessed, and grow alongside one another through the seasons of life.
If any part of this made your chest loosen a little… that's not a coincidence.
Only 8–10 spots held for this circle.
With love, Missy
